The ShipLink Administration System Setup Module provides complete control of:

  • ‘Ship-From’ Addresses, including the default primary and multiple rule-based alternatives for drop shipping other purposes
  • Devices, including direct and network-connected scales and label printers
  • Table Maintenance, including those for common country codes, currency codes and units-of-measure
  • Administration Options, including users, passwords and permissions
  • Documents and Reports, including rule-based generation processes

The ShipLink Administration System Setup Module also manages:

  • Carrier Options, including the default carrier/service, and the automatic startup and integration of carrier-provided programs

Carrier Setup

The ShipLink Administration System Carrier Setup Module manages ShipLink’s interaction with UPS WorldShip, USPS Stamps.com, FedEx Ship Manager, DHL EasyShip, Purolator E-Ship, SpeeDee and LTL Freight Management Systems.

The Carrier Setup Module:

  • Maintains multiple accounts and profiles
  • Defines carrier label output data
  • Translates carrier and service codes
  • Maintains rules required to generate freight instructions, set freight classes and populate reference fields.

The ShipLink Administration System Carrier Setup Module also manages the automatic, rules-based output of international documents, including:

  • Commercial invoices with custom assignment of responsibility for duties and taxes
  • Composition and filing of EEI Header data
  • Composition of NAFTA/USMCA declarations with custom Producer Codes
  • Composition of EEI Goods data with custom Schedule B Numbers and Units of Measure

ERP Setup

The ShipLink Administration System ERP Setup Module manages ShipLink’s interaction with your ERP.

The ERP Setup Module:

  • Defines shipment processing methods, including multi-order validation, order type, post-shipment ERP update and rule-based drop shipping

The ShipLink Administration System ERP Setup Module also manages the automatic, rules-based application of freight charges, including:
